This policy applies to mobile apps and games published by DamianGh, including PopBirdy, One More Bounce, Frutties&Veggies, and TheMysticForest. Features and service integrations vary between apps; an app may use only some of the services described below. App-specific details are provided where the behavior differs.
PopBirdy is intended for players of different ages, including children. On first launch, it asks you to select an age range (under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18 and older). It does not ask for your birth date. The selected range is stored on your device and is used to apply age-appropriate advertising settings. The game does not send your selected range to a DamianGh server.
PopBirdy uses Google AdMob and Unity Ads through AdMob mediation for optional rewarded ads and other in-game advertising. PopBirdy is configured to request non-personalized advertising across age ranges and to apply additional child and teen treatment where appropriate. Selecting an age range does not change gameplay progress.
Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing. When advertising services operate, Google and Unity may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from network information, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention information. They may use cookies or similar device storage where permitted. Such data can be used for delivering and measuring ads, limiting repetition, protecting against fraud, and operating their services. DamianGh does not directly receive your name, birth date, or contact details from normal gameplay.
For the providers' data practices and controls, see Google Privacy Policy and Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
Where required, PopBirdy uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present advertising privacy choices. If a privacy-choice control is available for your region and age range, you can revisit your choices in the game's Settings. Declining advertising consent does not prevent you from playing. Ads are requested only when the applicable advertising configuration and consent state permit them. Choosing to consent does not enable personalized advertising in PopBirdy.
PopBirdy applies child-directed treatment for younger players and age-specific restrictions for teens. The game's first-run age-range choice is kept on the device. Advertising providers may still process limited data as described above, subject to the applicable age and privacy settings. If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy question, contact us using the address below.
One More Bounce is a puzzle game for a mixed audience including children. Its updated version asks for an age band (under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18 and older), without asking for a birthday. The band is kept locally and is not sent as an analytics event or to a DamianGh server. It is used to select advertising and analytics treatment. Until the age screen is answered, the updated version does not start consent or advertising requests. Under-18 bands receive conservative child-directed advertising treatment and under-age consent treatment; ad requests have a maximum G content rating.
Level unlocks, completion, mastery medals, and sound/vibration/settings preferences are stored on the device. Retries and hints do not reduce progress or medals. The game has no player accounts or public personal-statistics profile. Optional vibration uses Android's vibration permission. Gameplay does not require contact, camera, microphone, or precise-location access.
Where an app integrates Google Analytics for Firebase, Google may process app-instance identifiers, device/app information, and usage events to provide analytics. One More Bounce offers an adult opt-in called “Share anonymous analytics,” off by default for a new installation. In its updated version, analytics collection is disabled for under-18 age bands. When an adult enables it and the Firebase configuration is active, the game submits level/attempt numbers, clears, failures, retries, bounces, hint use, advertising state, solving time, and ball-flight time to help improve levels. Solving time excludes ads, background time, and settings/level-selector menus. No name, birthday, email address, or personal-statistics profile is included in these gameplay events.
The word “anonymous” describes the absence of directly identifying player details in the game's own event fields; it does not mean that Google's SDK processes no identifiers. Turning analytics off stops the game's new analytics submissions, but does not itself erase events already received by Google. Features and analytics availability in other apps depend on their integration and in-app settings.
One More Bounce uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded hints and occasional interstitial ads at natural level transitions. It does not currently use Unity Ads mediation. Its development versions use Google's official test ad units. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents advertising privacy choices, which can be revisited through Settings when available. Normal gameplay remains available when ads are unavailable or consent is declined. Ads are requested only when the applicable age configuration and consent state permit them. Adult advertising privacy choices are separate from the optional gameplay-analytics setting.
Advertising SDKs can still process identifiers where permitted, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, ad impressions/interactions, diagnostics, and device storage to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. The age and consent restrictions described above apply to the updated One More Bounce integration. Earlier test builds may have different settings; install the latest supported version for the current controls.
Local progress and settings remain on the device until removed through the device's app-data controls or app removal; operating-system backup behavior may also apply. Google and Unity process service data under their respective provider policies and controls. These services may process information outside your country. For provider details, see Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy and security information, and Unity's game-player privacy policy. Contact us about access, deletion, or other privacy requests, including parent/guardian questions. We may need information about the app and device installation to locate service data, because normal gameplay does not provide us with your name or contact details.

We may update this policy as the app or its advertising services change. The current version and its update date will appear on this page.
